Upgrade!

This is MY WORD FOR YOU today:

It's either you move with the trend or extinct into oblivion. Tech is advancing, science is evolving, communication is changing rapidly, knowledge is increasing exponentially, there is a new form of media, business is going digital, ideas are going global, in fact, sale, marketing and commerce has gone "e". You can't afford not to up your game.



Upgrade or get yourself degraded in the labour market. Majority are losing their jobs daily due to the less of value they can offer. If the skill-set you have is obsolete, get new skills before you get out of your job!



Certificate is not enough, you need "skillsificate" and "sensificate" to navigate your way to the top!

In such a time as this, it is either you diversify or die, be current and knowledgeable enough about your chosen field, or remain at the mercy or prospective employers, be well informed or remain deformed!



Only change is constant. Life is dynamic. You can't afford to be antiquated in your thinking. Your old knowledge and skill cannot do you; upgrade now or regret later!

Remember, old age is synonymous with fading energy.

We are citizens of this great country called Nigeria. Nigeria is our fatherland! No matter where we are outside her shores, we are still Nigerians! She cannot be great without our input, without our collective efforts, without our corporate social responsibility! Nigeria: Good people, Great Nation.
