The Portrait of the Foolish: Of Foolishness and where WE stand in the GAP

Do you know foolishness can be a
compliment?
Yes, foolishness may not be an insult!
When I called you foolish (please
pardon me, I'm probably foolish in your own eyes too. Thus, foolishness is
relative and can be seen in the eyes of the beholder!)
I probably spot an act of foolishness!
It is a state of existence;
A kowtow to a customary conduct!
The fool and his cohort need some
behavioural modification!
Many are foolish and still fooling
around with their 50-50 shoulder pad!
Fooling themselves and others around!
Your 'gali gali' and 'na only you waka
come' quack mentality will get u nowhere!
Unfortunately, and justifiably so,
majority of the world’s population regardless of their status, race, and
colour, height and shape, are in this gap…
Foolishness is no respecter of persons,
be you black or white, your socio-economic background notwithstanding, if you
are foolish, you are foolish!
Know your status and ignore it or do
something about it!
Mind your folks- foolishness is
contagious!
Like the Ebola Virus and HIV, it can be
transmitted from merely interacting and engaging with the company of fools!
One wise man in the jungle co-mingled
by fools is otherwise the King of fools!
Should me your friEND and I will
predict your END!
Should me your buddies and I'll tell
you who you are!
Let me hear you talk and I will weigh
your depth!
Show me your associates and I'll know
what you’ve been assimilating!
What does your mind capture? It's a
pointer and a predictor of your future!
A fool and his money is one big party!
He lacks plan and does not understand
purpose!
He is a sufferer of the disease called
'purposepose'!
He is oblivious of the fact that
strategy is far superior to energy!
He is so impoverished all his has is a
lot of money in his numerous bank accounts!
The majority are foolish, following the
mob with due diligence!
Assiduously en route on the path of obliteration
with dire cluelessness, crass stupidity, confident ignorance, boisterous
arrogance, and assertive audaciousness!
Hoping against hope, nay, he is annulled
of patience and logical thinking!
Only hears GO! Like the soldier man at
the war front without any attempt to query, scrutinize, constructively critique,
compromise and conclude!
Only a minority few are wise, others
otherwise called the weak majority are otherwise!
Only a big fool going nowhere to happen
can minor on the major and major on the minor!
There are beautiful and gorgeously
dressed fools, handsome-looking, broad-chested, pocket-loaded dudes, foolish
all the same!
We have Mushin-living, Lekki-living, Estate-living,
Pack view, Ghetto, Slum and Sub-hub living fool proofs!
What of some politicians, religious and
community leaders with over-bloated ego and their idiosyncrasies? They are not off
record!
Really, foolishness is no respecter of
persons!
Some graduates, irrespective of the
level of their education and the schools they graduated from- private, federal,
state or roadside universities or polytechnics, are more stupid than the
hitherto primitively antiquated illiterates!
Maybe I'm making sense or not. Only
discerners can tell!
But then, there is nonsense in my sense
and sense in my nonsense!
What brought about this ‘foolish’ piece
self?
Well, the thoughts, like a mighty
rushing wind flew into my medulla oblongata, disturbing my sleep after engaging
in a long chat with my girlfriend from 10pm- 1:15am, disallowing me of sweet sleep
until I decided to capture them with my punching keypad!
Now, I understand that ideas are
intangibles looking for tangibles to engulf!
They are abstracts looking for who will
concretize them!
Ideas are economic propositions in
search for bodies to host them-be a host to your ideas!
Until it keeps you awake and wakes you
early, ignore it-na bad market!
How did I even get to IDEAS self? Maybe
it's a commercial for somebody so special!
Now, back to my 'foolish' nuggets...
A fool is wise only in his own eye!
With the concept of blind prejudices,
he is absolutely unaware of his own bananas!
Indeed, idiocy is the nature of idiots!
Folly is the character of the slothful!
Hyper-tension resides in the belly of
the timid!
Cowardice is charactized by the
insecure!
Lunacy or call it insanity or kolomental is in the nature of a
superior lunatic!
Commonsensical knowledge is not a
commonality to a common man, as common sense is not really common to him-it’s
such an expensive commodity in his eyes!
Ignorance at every point in time ‘t’ is
obviously the fool’s arrogance!
Only a fool is expect in playing the
blame-game!
Never accepting responsibility, always giving
excuses!
Don't be dismayed, he that works with
the wise shall be wise but the companion of fools shall be utterly destroyed!
A fool will perish and never replenish!
He lacks knowledge and so shall be
destroyed eventually!
The slack and lack of knowledge is the
cause of his lack and the reason he is being smacked and denigrated to the
back!
In the company of fools, wisdom is a
rarity, a scarce commodity, an infeasible province and a no-go area!
In words and in deeds, he lacks prowess!
At work, he lacks the requisite skill
to deliver!
God at decreeing but lack delivery
skills!
Bad-mouthed, sugar-coated, loquacious,
eye-servicing, always gossiping, void of ideas and originality, empty headed,
slothful, lazy, indolent, expert in giving excuses and casting of blame…that’s
him!
Full of potentials but lacks the
potency to proof his capability!
Blessed is that man that is wise for he
shall reap the fruit thereof.
May you not be foolish or cut in the
act of foolishness this day and beyond!

What amazes me more is d fact that d world in their folly decide 2 dedicate a day (April 1st of every yr) to celebrating their folly.

Lol. Even a day of the year is reserved to celebrate buffons. Indeed, April Fool's day is the world's day to recognised the fools that dwell amongst them!
DeleteJust like the God idea that the poor will never seize in the Land. The continual presence of the foolish amongst us is the reason wisdom will continually be a rarity. Therefore, the wise shall rule the fool.
